Terms and Conditions
Affiliates are required to promote their affiliate link in a legal and ethical manner, which protects the honesty and integrity of both Steroid Encyclopaedia and the Affiliates.
The bottom line is simple. You must conduct yourself in an honourable manner. Such conduct increases respect in both yourself and Steroid Encyclopaedia and protects the long term income of all the affiliates. There is no small print to worry about, the following is normal and common practice in any affiliate program.
General Condition: Any affiliate whose conduct is seen to be dishonest or illegal will be required to defend their actions, and if such accusations are indeed proven said affiliate will have their affiliate agreement terminated. This is necessary in order to protect the income of ALL other affiliates
Affiliates are expressly prohibited from engaging in the activities below. Failing to abide by this policy will result in termination of the Affiliate Agreement.
1. E-mail
Affiliates are expressly prohibited from sending spam, defined as unsolicited mass commercial e-mail (UCE) that promotes their affiliate link. All complaints will be investigated. Affiliates will be required to defend their actions. Affiliates found to be engaging in spam will be terminated immediately. A warning may be issued first if the complaint of spam cannot be fully justified. The affiliate may be required to provide additional information to assist us with our investigation.
2. Newsgroups, Forums, Unmoderated Mailing Lists
Affiliates are expressly prohibited from posting messages that promote their Affiliate business, to unrelated newsgroups etc. that forbid commercial content. Posting to more than one newsgroup at the same time is expressly forbidden (even if they are related). Affiliates may post to newsgroups etc. which permit commercial content relating to bodybuilding and anabolic steroids. NOTE: The affiliate is required to determine in advance which newsgroups etc. are appropriate for their posts, and the policy regarding commercial posts.
